Job DescriptionThis VP role offers the chance to lead and originate major digital infrastructure deals across EMEA, from pitching through to execution. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, managing relationships and driving strategic growth in one of the most exciting sectors in finance.(Desired deal exposure to Data Centres, Towers, - NetCo & Greenfield)Client DetailsOur client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across EMEA, committed to supporting sustainable growth and innovationDescriptionAs Vice President in the Digital Infrastructure Finance team, you will:Support the origination & execution of project finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sectorTake ownership of client relationships and lead elements of the deal lifecycle-from pitching to closing.Analyse complex financial models, rating methodologies, and legal documentation.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all financial transactions.Provide strategic advice on market trends and opportunities within digital infrastructure.Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team leadership on projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions. ProfileA successful VP Project Finance (Digital Infra) should have:Proven expertise in project finance, particularly within digital infrastructure and financial services.
