We are seeking a technically proficient Infrastructure Support Specialist to maintain and optimize our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous operation of Power Automate flows, Power Apps applications, and integrated Dynamics 365 solutions.Key Responsibilities:Power Platform MaintenanceMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Power Automate flows to ensure optimal performance and reliabilitySupport and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications across the organizationRespond to and resolve incidents related to flow failures, application errors, and integration issuesPerform regular health checks on Power Platform environments and solutionsDynamics 365 SupportProvide technical support for Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Service)Manage and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, and workflowsSupport data integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systemsMonitor system performance and implement optimization strategiesInfrastructure & Environment ManagementManage Power Platform environments including development, test, and production instancesImplement and maintain environment security, DLP policies, and access controlsCoordinate solution deployments and manage ALM processesMaintain documentation of flows, applications, and infrastructure configurationsIssue Resolution & OptimizationDiagnose and resolve technical issues with flows, connectors, and API integrationsIdentify opportunities to improve flow efficiency and reduce run failuresWork with business users to understand requirements and optimize existing solutionsImplement monitoring and alerting for critical business processesRequired Qualifications:Technical Skills3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 applicationsStrong understanding of Power Automate flow design, connectors, and error handlingExperience with both canvas and model-driven Power AppsKnowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and entity relationshipsUnderstanding of API integrations and REST/SOAP web servicesAdditional SkillsExperience with Azure services and Azure Active DirectoryFamiliarity with Power Platform admin center and governance toolsGood understanding of SQL and database conceptsKnowledge of ITIL or IT service management principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSoft SkillsExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teamsCustomer service orientation with a focus on user satisfactionPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, or MB-200Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter KitKnowledge of JavaScript, C#, or other programming languagesExperience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM toolsUnderstanding of Power BI and reporting solutionsExperience with licensing and capacity managementTypical TasksInvestigate and resolve flow run failures, identifying root causes and implementing fixesUpdate connection references and credentials for shared resourcesOptimize slow-running flows and apps for better performanceCoordinate with vendors and Microsoft Support for escalated issuesCreate and maintain runbooks for common support scenariosParticipate in on-call rotation for critical system supportConduct regular audits of flows and apps to identify unused or inefficient solutions
