The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation's IT infrastructure. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the IT infrastructure. The Infrastructure Specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, as well as providing technical support to users.
