This role will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with existing customers, driving revenue and gross profit through exceptional account management, and strengthening our market presence within the Channel Services Division.Responsibilities:Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to expand existing account baseConduct regular networking and outreach with existing clients and partners, using industry events and online platforms to strengthen relationships and identify account growth opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business priorities.Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to help clients make informed decisions and position our solutions effectively.Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and reporting, delivering actionable insights on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.Skills and Experience:Identify new opportunities within an existing client baseWork closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutionsExperience selling maintenance/ services via the channel or MSP's.Experience with endpoint technology.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Benefits:OTE high earning potential for top performers.25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).An additional day of paid leave for your birthday (or Christmas eve).4% Matched employer contributed pension (salary sacrifice).Life assurance (3x).Access to an Employee Assistance Programme.Private medical insurance through our partner Aviva.Cycle to work scheme.Corporate eye-care vouchers.Access to an independent financial advisor.2 x social value days per year to give back to local communities.Grow with us:Work on exciting new projects;If you want to avoid getting stuck with the mundane, you're in the right place.
