Operating from advanced facilities in Sheffield, this company supplies the energy, aerospace, and precision engineering sectors worldwide.You’ll be part of a highly technical team responsible for machining complex components to tight tolerances using state-of-the-art CNC equipment in a clean, well-organised workshop environment.Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines to produce precision components. * Read and interpret engineering drawings and job route cards. * Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. * Adjust offsets and tooling as needed to maintain tolerances. * Complete production paperwork and maintain full traceability. * Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Work effectively within a team, supporting both day and night shift operations.Requirements / Person Specification * Time-served CNC Machinist or equivalent practical experience. * Experience with CNC turning and/or milling machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. * Confident use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, gauges). * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.What’s on Offer * Night shift allowance for night hours worked. * 40-hour working week, rotating shifts. * Clean, modern workshop environment with advanced machinery. * Excellent career growth potential with training and upskilling opportunities. * Supportive onboarding and placement process through Teleios Recruitment.How to ApplyIf you’re an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable, long-term role in a world-class engineering organisation, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or contact Teleios Recruitment directly, quoting “CNC Machinist – Sheffield
