Job DescriptionJob Title: Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) / Pharmacy TechnicianLocation: Brighton | Fixed-Term Contract (5 weeks)Rate: £20 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekWorking Hours: 08:30 – 17:00Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid lunch + paid morning & afternoon breaksAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join our busy Distance Selling Pharmacy in Brighton for a 5-week fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Dispensing Assistants and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and patient care in the dispensary.Your duties will include: * Accuracy checking for a range of prescription types * Ensuring the quality standards and patient care within the named patient Dispensary Services team are maintainedEssential RequirementsEducation: * NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) * Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacy TechnicianExperience: * At least 1 year of experience in an accuracy checking roleSkills: * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy-checking capabilities * Ability to learn and adapt quickly * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Excellent time management and organizational skills with a self-motivated work ethicIf you're looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment with the chance to work alongside a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you
