Collaborating closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to uphold and enhance safety and efficiency. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in dispensing practices, providing constructive feedback to improve processes. Assisting with the maintenance of comprehensive pharmacy records, aiding in both dispensing accuracy and audit processes. Supporting the ongoing training and development of pharmacy staff, with a focus on dispensing accuracy and safety protocols.
