As a trusted partner to many leading manufacturers and retail brands, they help customers protect their essential home appliances - from fridges to boilers - with almost 9 million UK customers relying on them for peace of mind.This is a Monday-to-Friday role with no weekends, great earning potential, hybrid flexibility, and top-tier employee benefits.What Will You Be Doing?You'll play an important role in helping customers keep their homes running smoothly by:Calling existing customers to ensure their appliances are coveredUsing your wit, charm, and persuasive sales style to upsell protection productsBuilding strong rapport and understanding customer needsHelping customers find the right protection package for their lifestyleAnd don't worry-you're not expected to walk in knowing it all. You'll receive a supportive four-week training programme to build product knowledge, learn the systems, and refine your sales approach.Salary & Bonuses£24,500 basic + £7,200 OTE per yearYour earning potential grows through strong sales, great customer service, and quality performance.Where Will You Work?This is a remote-based role. You'll just need broadband access and a quiet space at home.But if you're local to Nottingham, you're welcome to work from their brand-new, state-of-the-art office next to the train station as often as you like.
