Coatings Sales Advisor (Full Time) - Manchester
LKQ Coatings is a dynamic refinish distribution experience, providing a wide brand offering of paint consumables and equipment.
We are looking for a Coatings Sales Advisor to join our busy team to provide sales support to LKQC national group business and supporting regional account business.
The Coatings Sales Advisor will support customers by processing coatings sales orders on the LKQ Coatings operating systems. The role will also be responsible for taking inbound sales calls and making regular outbound calls to designated customer bases. The Coatings Sales Advisor will also be required to take daily service calls and/or customer service queries, escalating to second line support as necessary, whilst upselling any current promotions to customers in turn.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base
- Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch
- Processing inbound e-orders
- Processing mixed paint orders with paint room
- Taking initial customer service queries
- Back-order processing
- Counter sales support where applicable
- Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager
- Escalating pricing issues and out of stock requests to second line support
- Supporting and driving all special offers
- Responsible for Garage Equipment lead generation
- Building working relationships with customers across all branches
- Providing exceptional customer service, giving advice where required
- Being consciously aware of any logístical issues that may occur
- Escalating account issues to the Accounts team quickly and efficiently.

Key and Desired Skills
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- A strong eye for detail, especially when completing stock back orders and maintaining communication at all times with customers.
