As an Investment Reporting Specialist, you'll work within our Client Reporting Group, part of Global Client Services Operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for a diverse global client base. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with client-focused service, helping shape solutions that enhance the client experience.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end production and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reportsOverseeing collation and timely delivery of data to clients within SLA and regulatory guidelinesDemonstrating strong investment management knowledge and understanding of LGIM's products and mandatesWorking with large and complex data structures to support bespoke reporting requirementsRepresenting client reporting internally and externally, partnering with relationship teams and client service solutionsAttending client review calls and onboarding meetings, capturing requirements and providing reporting expertiseCollaborating with internal teams to define scalable processes and enhance client experienceProject managing ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change through to completionQualificationsWho we're looking for:Strong experience working with large data sets, ideally within investment managementAbility to question the status quo and solve complex problems independentlyProven stakeholder management skills, building relationships at all levelsExceptional attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and thoroughnessProficient IT skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of VBA, Python, Power BI and SQL advantageous)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience acting as a subject matter expert and supporting management when requiredA proactive mindset with a focus on delivering client-centric solutionsWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
