We're looking for a Bid Co Ordinator to join our Kier Places team based in Sheffield.Location: SheffieldHours: 40 hours per weekWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.What will you be responsible for?As a Bid Co Ordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in managing the flow of information during the pre-tender and tender process.Your Day To Day Will IncludeManaging the flow of pre-tender and tender stage information for all bidsWorking closely with bid teams to ensure information flows efficientlyCoordinating internal and external communication and liaising with IT regarding system maintenanceMaintaining records of tender queries and client responsesSupporting the Bid Team with ad hoc or project-based administrationWhat are we looking for?This role of Bid Co Ordinator is great for you if:You have previous administrative experience (bidding process preferred)You are IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe programs such as InDesignYou possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skillsYou can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasksYou are enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.Rewards And BenefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
