As a Project Manager, you'll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.We're looking for a Project Manager who is ready to: Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines. Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant. Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans. Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track. Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis. Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance. Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks. Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly. Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts. Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering. Your Key Accountabilities: Deliver assigned design workManage cost and schedule performance.Identify and mitigate risks.Lead and support assigned project managers.Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.QualificationsEssential Skills & Experience: Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment. Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making. Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management. Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
