This post will involve developing and implementing alumni engagement initiatives that seek to foster lifelong relationships with Queen's University Belfast. The role will work to enhance the University's local and global graduate networks and play a crucial part in supporting broader alumni engagement.The successful candidate will deliver across a range of strategic areas including responsibility for stewarding alumni engagement, delivering an engagement strategy and plans of activity, to create a vibrant graduate network linked to Queen's. They will have significant experience in a relevant role including experience of planning, delivering, and evaluating relevant strategies or events to a demonstrably high standard.About the person:Candidates should clearly demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:A primary degree (in the absence of a degree, consideration will be given to candidates with substantial relevant experience)Significant experience in a relevant role (e.g. alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, event management or demonstrably related field).Demonstrated relevant experience of working with, supporting and influencing, networks, committees or stakeholder groups.Experience of planning, delivering, and evaluating programmes or events to a demonstrably high standard.To be successful at shortlisting stage, please ensure you clearly evidence in your application how you meet the essential and, where applicable, desirable criteria listed in the Candidate Information on our website.
