We present world-class traditional music, song and dance through an ambitious programme spanning concerts, workshops, masterclasses, céilís, outdoor events and community engagement.We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing and Engagement Officer to join our small, high-performing team in this integral role.Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead on developing and implementing marketing strategy, setting targets and objectives, and delivering hands-on content creation across design, sales strategy, audience development, print, advertising, digital promotions, branding and communications. The Marketing and Engagement Officer will work closely with the Artistic Director and Co-Director to agree marketing outputs and will manage relationships with a range of external support services including box office teams, PR, and communications providers.If you would like to help us fulfil our ambitions; are a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, highly organised, and a team player with a strong track record in marketing—then we’d love to hear from you.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years recent experience in a professional marketing or communications roleExperience in graphic design & video content creationExperience with computerised ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketsolve, Eventbrite)Track record in writing and implementing communications, marketing and social media plans, including evaluationExperience delivering media, advertising, print and digital campaigns and managing their budgetsExperience in managing and creating content on all social media platforms.Competent in producing evaluations, analysis and reporting for senior staff and fundersExperience line managing staff, suppliers and service providersTrack record of developing marketing strategies for arts/entertainment sectorExperience in website management, updating etc.Experience working with advertising, print, PR and media agencies.Closing DateThursday 18th December 2025 at 12 noon #J-18808-Ljbffr
