Job DescriptionWaldrons Solicitors are looking for a committed and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Kingswinford office.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering a high-quality, personal service and who wants to contribute to the continued growth of a long-established, well-respected firm.About the RoleYou will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, providing clients with clear and consistent communication throughout.We welcome applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, as well as experienced Conveyancing professionals who have developed their expertise through practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finishEnsuring files are maintained, reviewed, and progressed in accordance with our office manual, SRA and LEXCEL requirementsKeeping clients regularly updated, issuing client care documents at the appropriate stage, and handling all enquiries efficiently and professionallyMaintaining confidentiality and security of all client and company informationProviding a warm and professional service to clients, ensuring they feel supported at every stageEnsuring accurate and compliant time recording and preparation of billsBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, agents, lenders, and other professionalsSupporting and developing support staff and contributing to a positive, collaborative team cultureParticipating in departmental meetings, training, and the ongoing success of the teamPromoting the services of Waldrons and helping to maintain our high standards of service and reputationAbout YouExperienced in running a full residential conveyancing caseloadDemonstrable fee-earning experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to reassure and guide clientsHighly organised with strong attention to detailCommitted to maintaining high professional standards and adherence to firm proceduresA team player with a positive, professional outlookConfident in building strong relationships within the local community and with external organisationsWhy Join us?With a heritage dating back to 1867, Waldrons is a firm proud of its roots and excited for its future.
