If you are a residential conveyancer/property solicitor seeking a role in relaxed environment not driven by targets then this may be the role for you. Our client is a long-standing law firm on the outskirts of Birmingham commutable from Sutton Coldfieldand Solihull. They are seeking a residential conveyancer to join their team consisting of three other members.
The Job:
You will come on board handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters to include sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold) along with some new build, re-mortgage etc. You must be able to hit the ground running and slowly build up your owncaseload within minimum supervision.
The firm:
This is a three-partner law firm which is small with around 9 other people within the office. It is a tight knit team, with no egos and teamwork is very much the ethos as they all support one another. Although there is no on-site parking I am told there isplenty of on street free parking right near the office with this being outside of the city centre.
What they can offer:
This position offers a residential conveyancer with at least three years’ experience the ability to join a supportive and friendly team with lots of prospects for progression right through to Partnership. The firm can offer training for you to upskill in anyarea of law and are happy to support people in their professional development. At the moment this residential role does require it to be office based purely on the nature of the walk ins.
