They have a consistent stream of general residential conveyancing work already. They have a comprehensive 5-year plan and are led by an ambitious and forward-thinking property lawyer. Based in the affluent area of Wilmslow.The Role entails:\tGeneral management of the firm's residential conveyancing department.\tManagement of the conveyancing team and streamlining of processes.\tDelivering training and mentoring to junior staff members.\tSome business development acumen or a following of your own would be helpful.\tManagement of a small caseload alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.This is a key hire for the firm, and you will need to demonstrate clear expertise in residential conveyancing as well as a good track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships.
