Job DescriptionTHE COMPANYOne of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a range of major Retail sector projects across Cambridge and the surrounding region.Our client is one of the most respected Consultancies in the UK, with an established network of offices nationwide and internationally. With a strong reputation for excellence, they are currently delivering some of the area’s most high-profile Retail developments — including flagship stores, retail-led mixed-use schemes, and large-scale fit-out and refurbishment programmes for leading retail brands and landlords. The company offers a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where Senior Project Managers work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.THE POSITIONThe role is for a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple Retail sector projects, from early-stage design and procurement through to construction and handover. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary consultant teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, budget, and programme.At Senior level, the role will also involve contributing to business and client development, representing the company at industry events, and helping to strengthen the firm’s profile within the Retail sector across the region.
