You'll manage smaller packages of work end‑to‑end, assist on larger projects, and play a key role in identifying and bidding for new opportunities. What You'll Do Deliver smaller projects and work packages to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards Support senior leaders on larger, complex projects Engage with prospective clients to qualify smaller opportunities and gather key information Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new work Maintain and update the pipeline of opportunities Collaborate with international teams Contribute to growth strategy and help shape UK presence What We're Looking For At least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in the UK water sector or related infrastructure Consulting background preferred, with strong client‑facing skills Proven ability to manage projects from planning through delivery Commercial awareness and understanding of tendering processes Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills Adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior role Why Join?
