Working within the Marketing Analytics team, you'll focus on optimising CRM programmes and improving customer journeys, while collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders to drive informed decisions.You'll be responsible for:Analysing CRM performance and identifying opportunities for optimisationMonitoring KPIs, automating reporting, and diagnosing trendsDeveloping analytical tools and models to enhance capabilitiesPartnering with marketing teams to influence strategy and improve customer experienceWhat you'll need to succeed:Strong proficiency in SQL (essential)Experience in a CRM or customer-focused analytics roleFamiliarity with Python for automation and modelling (or willingness to learn)Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau; Git/dbt experience is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to present insights to senior stakeholdersWhat you'll get in returnYou'll join a collaborative, inclusive environment that values professional growth.
