Job DescriptionHR Advisor:Hybrid (Office - Scarborough, Durham or Leeds)Hours: Full-Time, PermanentAre you an experienced HR professional whos passionate about supporting people, driving performance, and helping a business grow? Were looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join a thriving organisation where youll play a key role in shaping the people agenda across both Manufacturing and Retail functions.This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to be based from the Scarborough, Durham, or Leeds offices, with travel to other sites as required.In this varied and rewarding position, youll partner with managers and leadership teams, offering expert HR guidance, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping to embed a high-performance culture. If you thrive on building strong relationships, influencing positive change, and taking ownership of impactful HR projects, this could be the ideal next step.Duties and Responsibilities:Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance across all people mattersManaging Employee Relations cases, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policiesSupporting changes to operating models within the businessDeveloping and improving HR policies and processesAnalysing people data and recommending solutions to drive performanceSupporting wider business projects and development activitiesCoaching and empowering managers to build strong, high-performing teamsSupporting performance management processes, including probation, reviews and objective settingGetting involved in employee engagement activities and surveysStaying up-to-date with best practice and regulatory requirementsAbout you:Minimum 2 years experience in a generalist HR/ER roleStrong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCommercial mindset with a focus on achieving resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative, future-focused approachConfident influencing stakeholders at all levelsFlexible and adaptable to evolving business needsFull driving licence and willingness to travel between locationsCIPD Level 5 (desirable)JBRP1_UKTJ
