Typical fees sit around £60k-£80k, with regular deals hitting £120k-£150k.In your first year, you won't be doing volume - you'll be executing a small number of high-value placements and taking home £45k-£60k.You'll be joining a culture built on trust and autonomy. Recruitment is challenging and high-pressure, but the rewards are unmatched, and this team genuinely loves the pace, impact, and intellectual challenge of what they do.Who Succeeds Here:Academically exceptional: AAB+ at A-Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university.Credible and confident: You'll be speaking daily with candidates from Oxbridge, Ivy League, and other top-tier institutions.
