From New York to Singapore, their consultants place world-class technologists, data scientists, engineers, and traders into roles that shape global markets. This isn’t standard recruitment. Their hybrid model blends high-end contingent search with true executive search, working exclusively on mandates where the talent is rare and the compensation is extraordinary. Some placements exceed £1m packages. Typical fees sit around £60k-£80k, with regular deals hitting £120k-£150k. In your first year, you won’t be doing volume - you’ll be executing a small number of high-value placements and taking home £45k-£60k. You’ll be joining a culture built on trust and autonomy. No micromanagement, no hand-holding - just the expectation that smart, driven people learn fast and take ownership. Who Succeeds Here: Academically exceptional: AAB+ at A-Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university. Credible and confident: You’ll be speaking daily with candidates from Oxbridge, Ivy League, and other top-tier institutions. They operate at a very high level - you need to match their polish and presence. Financially motivated: If uncapped commission and the potential to earn £100k+ in year one excites you, you’ll fit right in. Research-led: Precision matters when headhunting for global hedge funds. Resilient, driven, competitive: You should have a clear track record of graft and achievement - whether that’s academic, sporting, work-based, or personal.
