Job DescriptionIrrigation Sales RepresentativeProducts Location: Field-Based (Birmingham to South Coast) Salary: £45,000+ Bonus + Company Vehicle + Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and technically minded Irrigation Sales Representative to join my clients growing team, covering the area from Birmingham to the South Coast. In this exciting field-based role, you’ll promote and sell Groundcare Machinery to Residential/Commercial, and irrigation systems, as well as Otterbine fountains and aerators. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing installers, dealers, and irrigation consultants, and providing technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction from first contact through to project completion. Key ResponsibilitiesLead negotiations and manage project sales through to contract award across the region.Prepare and deliver quotations for small and medium irrigation projects in conjunction with the Division Manager.Respond promptly to customer and Otterbine product enquiries.Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, dealers, and irrigation consultants.Support aftersales opportunities and customer retention through excellent service and follow-up.Deliver product presentations and training sessions to end-users, contractors, and designers.Provide technical support during system design, installation, and commissioning.Maintain detailed CRM records and produce monthly activity reports.Uphold a professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.About YouExperience in irrigation, turfcare, golf course, or landscape equipment sales preferred.Technical knowledge of Groundcare products highly beneficial (training provided).Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles desirable.Confident communicator with strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own territory.Full UK driving licence essential.Why Join My Client?Competitive salary + performance bonusFully expensed company vehicleOngoing training and product certificationSupportive team and career development opportunitiesThe chance to represent world-leading irrigation and aeration brands in a growing sectorIf you’re a proactive, technically minded sales professional with a passion for the turfcare or irrigation industry, we’d love to hear from you
