Join a leading business at their busy warehouse and take charge of delivering smooth, efficient, and high-performing warehouse operations.Only applicants with proven experience in warehouse management will be considered, ideally within 3PL or FMCG operations.What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a large team through shift managers as direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilityOversee end-to-end operations - from inbound deliveries and stock management to outbound orders and dispatchPartner with other 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure flawless service levelsMonitor and improve KPIs, operational processes, and systems to maximise efficiencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the siteDrive continuous improvement initiatives, finding innovative ways to streamline warehouse operationsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in retail or FMCGStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating large teamsExpertise in inventory management, stock control, and ERP/WMS systemsExceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCommercially minded with a focus on efficiency and cost controlBBBH: 35003
