Here's why this role stands out:High Growth, High Impact – Drive revenue growth from £8M to £35M+ as the business matures into a Managed Services-led model.Strategic Vendor Alignment – Partner with VMware/Broadcom, AWS, and Google at a pivotal moment in enterprise cloud transformation.Real Leadership Influence – Work alongside a lean, founder-led executive team (CEO, CCO, COO) with direct input into strategy and culture.Long-Term Value Creation – Access to a compelling EMI scheme, executive bonus, and genuine upside in a business preparing for future investment.Build the Model, Lead the Change – Shape the go-to-market strategy, sales methodology, and operational cadence in a business on the cusp of major growth.Key Role ResponsibilitiesOwn UK revenue and margin targets; scale commercial performance to £35M+.Design and implement a scalable, repeatable go-to-market (GTM) model for cloud and managed services.Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, and sales operations maturity.Develop and coach Account Directors, Account Managers, and BDMs into a cohesive, high-performing team.Act as executive sponsor across strategic enterprise accounts.Increase wallet share and drive multi-year renewals within existing client base.Strengthen relationships with strategic partners including VMware/Broadcom, AWS, and Google.Represent the commercial function at the executive leadership level.Key Attributes RequiredProven track record in Managed Services, Professional Services, or Cloud/Data Centre transformation sales.Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.Strong technical understanding of private cloud, VMware/Broadcom, hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.Commercially astute: forecast accuracy, EBITDA understanding, and margin protection.Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and mature sales operations.High EQ, strong coaching capabilities, and cultural alignment to a collaborative, founder-led business.Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.
