Job DescriptionSales ExecutiveCharity Fundraising >£100k OTEThis position is UK based with the possibility of overseas placements for suitable candidatesOur client has worked with NGO’s and charitable organisations worldwide for over 25yrs. They specialise providing, agile business minded solutions to non-profit entities such as Unicef, Amnesty International and Save the Children. They are currently looking for sales executives to expand their current fundraising team to secure long lasting and meaningful donations from a variety of international donors.Package: * - Basic salary plus uncapped OTE of £100,000 * - Subsidized travel/Fuel allowance * - Full product training, opportunity for qualifications * - Sales executives have the option to work overseas * - Bonus schemeQualifications:- 2yrs experience in Sales Executive, Account Manager, Fundraiser or relevant position- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques- Fast learner and a passion for sales- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Outgoing and exciting personalityExpectations:- Ensure targets are met and exceeded by contacting qualified leads to secure long term donations- Manage and grow a portfolio of independent donors, ensuring the achievement of set business targets- Maintain accurate donor records and process sales orders efficiently using internal systems- Sales executives must develop in-depth company, market and sector knowledge- Deliver effective communications, which can be adjusted depending on the product and audience
