Job Description The Export Shipping Coordinator manages export paperwork and shipment processes for assigned territories, ensuring consignments move on time and meet regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with sales and logistics colleagues to resolve queries, prepare hazardous and non-hazardous documentation, and maintain accurate shipping records. The role requires attention to detail and a practical understanding of international shipping rules. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify export documentation for shipments to EMEA customersGenerate and file transport and customs paperwork, including hazardous goods declarationsLiaise with export sales, freight forwarders and internal teams to meet shipment deadlinesManage customer inquiries related to shipping timelines, documentation and complianceUpdate and maintain accurate shipment and filing systems for audit readinessIdentify process improvements and support cost-saving initiatives in export operationsAdhere to company policies and regulatory standards in all export activities RequirementsProven experience handling export shipments in an international logistics or export customer service roleCertified knowledge of IATA and IMDG rules, with practical application experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure to meet deadlinesCompetent user of Microsoft Word and ExcelClear verbal and written communicationExperience in scientific, pharmaceutical, food or chemical distribution is a plusRef: 26692
