We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. This newly created advertising role combines strategy, sales, and paid partnerships – perfect for someone with proven experience in digital media sales and a passion for driving results. You will reach out to potential customers and articulate the benefits of Rock My Wedding's sales packages, focusing on digital advertising across our platforms. You'll identify new revenue opportunities, sell bespoke advertising solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-performing paid campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:Drive commercial growth by presenting and selling Rock My Wedding's advertising solutions, effectively converting new business opportunities into long-term client partnershipsGenerate new business leads through the sale of on-site display ads, advertorials, social campaigns, and bespoke paid partnership packagesDevelop and execute a strategic sales pipeline and advertising roadmap to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, aligning closely with the Editorial Director on business objectivesCollaborate with the partnerships team on the planning, management, and execution of larger, long-term paid campaigns to ensure consistent delivery and partner satisfactionOversee end-to-end campaign management, including technical setup, quality assurance, troubleshooting, tracking, and ongoing optimisationAct as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies throughout paid campaign lifecycles, maintaining strong communication and ensuring high levels of serviceMaintain accurate records of client activity, campaign performance, and communications using the CRM systemPrepare and present regular sales performance reports to internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform campaign optimisation and support overall revenue growthEssential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in advertising and senior sales, particularly in publishing and digital mediaExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong track record of surpassing sales targets and growing advertising or partnership portfoliosProficiency in Google Ad Manager and CRM systems as well as familiarity with ad serving technology and performance tracking toolsProven track record in tracking campaigns in real-time, meeting KPIs, and ensuring continual optimisationA proactive mindset, capable of balancing strategic commercial thinking with hands-on executionBenefits:23 days paid holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) – entitlement will increase every year after 2 years of serviceAnnual Bonus SchemeBirthday leaveOption to purchase holiday at discounted rateCycle2WorkDiscount Scheme (over 500 Brands) – brands include The White Company, LSA, Nkuku, Le Creuset, Oka, Denby, Garden Trading Company, Neom, Weber, Soho Home, Blush & Blue and more (discounts of up to 75% off RRP for selected brands)Discounted Private HealthcareA beautiful, dog friendly office with a brilliant team, regular socials and flexible working options
