This role involves frequent site presence and is not suitable for candidates based at the geographical extremes of the UK.About the roleCompletely home based with regular travel across the Midlands and HertfordshireFull ownership of the IMS, policies, and safe systems of workLeading site inspections, audits, and reviews of RAMSCreating, reviewing, and improving risk assessmentsAdvising and influencing senior management on H&S compliance and best practiceShaping and embedding a practical, effective safety cultureEnsuring H&S is fully integrated into day to day operations, not just paperworkWhat we are looking forStrong experience with management systems, safe systems of work, and risk assessmentsAbility to work independently and take full ownership of the H&S functionProactive, solutions focused mindset with confident communication skillsComfortable operating in a small, hands on construction environmentHome location that allows sensible and regular travel across the Midlands and HertfordshireSalary and benefitsCirca £60,000 depending on experience and capabilityPackage can include car allowanceGenuine opportunity to lead, influence, and make a visible impactThis is a role for someone who wants control, influence, and responsibility, and who enjoys improving standards on site rather than maintaining the status quo.
