Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Team Lead - RPOLocation: London (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive + Market-Leading Bonus SchemeReady to lead while staying hands-on?We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our RPO delivery team. This is a hybrid role where you'll balance 50% leadership with 50% hands-on recruiting, giving you the opportunity to coach and inspire others while remaining close to delivery.You'll lead a team of 3-4 Talent Partners, manage your own requisitions, and partner with clients to influence talent strategies.
