THE ROLE Working directly alongside senior colleagues and directors, you'll manage your own projects with a high level of independence and responsibility. You'll be advising clients across a range of sectors on a wide range of building surveying matters, including technical due diligence, defect analysis, contract administration, dilapidations, refurbishment projects, and planned maintenance strategies. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy, client interaction, and technical challenge - along with the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the strategic growth of the team.
