This role sits in an exciting division of my clients multi billion operation which is a rapidly growing sector, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, shape modern architecture, and progress your career as our product and teams continue to scale.You’ll be working on a complex, multi-environment ecosystem made up of a large number of repositories, powered by modern microservices built with TypeScript / Node.js / Docker, deployed to AWS via automated CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning, building, and maintaining scalable, secure backend services using Node.js and TypeScriptCollaborating within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality outcomesLeading by example during complex challengesMentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of technical excellenceRolling up your sleeves to tackle critical issues and drive solutions when it matters mostWhat We’re Looking ForSignificant commercial experience building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScriptStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilitiesA track record of taking ownership from design through to deliveryExperience contributing effectively to Agile ceremonies and helping teams adapt and improveIf you're excited by modern backend engineering, enjoy working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, and want to shape a product that’s growing fast, I would love to hear from you.
