Job DescriptionMasentó are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to provide hands-on support during the deployment and stabilisation of SAP S/4HANA within our supply chain operations.The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for end-users on the shop floor, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and resolving issues in Real Time.This is an outside IR35 position for an initial 3-6 month contractKey Responsibilities:Provide on-site support to end-users during SAP S/4 HANA go-live and hyper care phases.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SCM-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.Assist with transactional guidance, process adherence, and system navigation.Collaborate with functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Deliver knowledge transfer and informal training to users on best practices.Document recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.Essential Skills & Experience:SAP S/4 HANA experience (mandatory) with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules (MM, PP, WM, or EWM).Previous experience in a post go live support positionAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
