About The Job As a Senior SAP S4/HANA PP Consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients across many industry sectors. You will work on single or multiple project lifecycles at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap through agile delivery to post go‑live support. Responsibilities Provide functional consulting within SAP S4/HANA PP/Manufacturing projects. Lead a team that solves problems and provides solutions for large corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross‑discipline, agile and distributed teams across various areas of Supply Chain Management. Lead your functional area within the engagement as a SAP S/4 HANA PP/Manufacturing Consultant to deliver full project life‑cycle delivery, including: Identifying customer requirements. Delivering high quality SAP solutions to meet identified requirements. Mastering functional knowledge to deliver best solutions and project results. Train, support and mentor team members, including junior talent. Provide thought leadership to clients and internal customers with knowledge of available solutions within the SAP portfolio. Manage and develop your career through training, networking and contributing to the practice and group growth. Develop knowledge in a second functional module. Qualifications Senior consulting role across full‑cycle SAP S4/HANA or ECC projects in PP/Manufacturing. Experience managing a team in client‑facing projects. Responsible for deliverables and results in client‑facing projects. Advocacy of best‑practice design principles with advisory focus and ability to provide solutions for business requirements. Passion to advise clients on getting the most out of SAP technologies. Experience in multiple end‑to‑end design and implementation programmes with SAP. Awareness of project lifecycle tools such as Atlassian JIRA, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Signavio. Proficient and extensive hands‑on configuration experience in PP/Manufacturing capabilities, including: Production Planning organization structure – plant, storage locations, work centres, overall structure. Production master data. Order execution, production planning, integration with MES, external planning systems and shop‑floor control systems. S4/HANA master production scheduling and material requirements planning, including demand management and long‑term planning. Knowledge of pMRP & PPDS desirable. Experience with Fiori applications within the PP/Manufacturing area. Industry knowledge in one or more of the following sectors is an advantage: aerospace & defence, consumer products, pharma, discrete manufacturing. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP strategic direction and related products. Disability Confidence The company is a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2).
