Payroll Supervisor – Uxbridge£45,000 We're recruiting an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead payroll operations for our Children's division. You'll manage end-to-end payroll, oversee 1–2 Payroll Administrators, act as the first point of escalation, and ensure full compliance with statutory and pension requirements.What you'll do: Lead, support, and develop Payroll AdministratorsManage accurate, timely payroll for the Children's divisionHandle HMRC submissions, RTI, year-end processes & reconciliationsOversee the Teachers' Pension Scheme administrationManage the payroll mailbox and resolve complex queriesProduce payroll reports, KPIs, and support wider HR/Finance teamsAssist the Group Payroll Manager with projects, improvements, and system updatesWhat we're looking for: Strong payroll management experience in a large, complex organisationExcellent UK payroll legislation & pension knowledgeConfident leader with strong problem-solving skillsSkilled in payroll systems and ExcelDetail-focused, proactive, and professionalDesirable: Teachers' Pension experience, i-Trent knowledge, and previous supervisory or deputy manager experience.
