With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award-winning brands PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand, Air Hogs, Hatchimals, Rubik's Cube and GUND, and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties.What will you work on?Actively assist the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and team to maximise sales activity in the company's key customersProvide a robust administration function for the account management team, ensuring accurate timely completion of account admin tasks in the time limit specified by the customer/businessUndertake general departmental administrative tasks for the UKI Sales DirectorProvide a weekly top line analysis of the sales data to the SNAM and National Account Manager (NAM)Understand the customer inventory position and chase orders where required.Lead the social and digital strategy with the customer's marketing team, by working with internal Brand Managers and the SNAM to build the planTo ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previewsHow will you create impact?Own and drive Spin Masters digital/social presence in all areas as per above key responsibilitiesCo-ordinate and manage the digital/social activities around regular promotional and merchandising activities agreed by the SNAM/NAMCreating, maintaining and analysing the weekly sales out data to present to the business and to assist with planned intakes and propose/raise orders for the customerAssisting the account management team with the FOB ordering processAssisting the UKI Sales Director with administrative tasksSupporting the SNAM/NAM by managing promotional invoice process through Salesforce, gaining pricing approvals and other general administrative tasksTo manage product assets and product copy and ensure they are sent to customers/uploaded to their portals within a timely mannerComplete customer forms including the set up of new items and any ad-hoc requests from the customerBrief the graphic designer on a new suite of customer specific assets for product/brand launchesTo undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time (eg demonstrations to customers at London Toy Fair, provide back up support to other teams during holidays)To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all timesCoordinate packaging data requests from the customerLiaise with the customer and any internal teams on product quality issuesManage reports, forecasting dashboards, general sales requests, meeting notes, updating of documents as requiredWhat are your skills and experience?Minimum 4 years' experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferredCustomer driven approach and a "go-getter" attitudeStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to juggle multiple priorities and know how to pivot tasks when neededStrong ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internallyProficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an assetDemonstrated organisation, planning and communication skillsAbility to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, EPOS reportsAbility to commute to the office in Marlow, working 4 days per week onsiteThis job posting is tied to an open vacancy.What You Can Expect From UsOur mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun.Growth and Career OpportunitiesFlexible Work HoursInnovation, Collaboration and FunComprehensive BenefitsOther fun PerksWhat's it like to work here?Spin Master is a fast-paced, hands-on organization that provides many great opportunities for impactful decision-making; though our challenging start-up atmosphere isn't for everyone, we have a proven record of opportunities for future advancement and internal transfers for our passionate and results driven team.Everyone is welcome in our sandbox and we are committed to an accessible and inclusive hiring process that provides reasonable accommodation to all applicants.Spin Master strives to create an accessible and inclusive application and selection process and is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to job applicants who may require provisions to participate in the recruitment, selection and/or assessment processes.
