Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in telecoms or utilities infrastructure? We’re hiring for a long-term contract role supporting a major fibre network rollout across the South West. What You’ll Be Doing:Estimating costs and materials for fibre build projectsReviewing designs and validating quantity requirementsManaging budgets, tracking material usage, and controlling costsLiaising with site teams, subcontractors, and project managersSupporting procurement, contract management, and change controlVisiting sites to assess progress and ensure accurate reportingProducing reports, risk assessments, and commercial documentation What We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or PMO rolesStrong knowledge of FTTx or telecoms infrastructureSkilled in Excel, MS Project, and reporting toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similarFull UK driving license and willingness to travel to sites Nice to Have:RICS certificationExperience with fibre network builds or telecoms contractorsStrong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills
