Cleaning Contract Manager - Central LondonAbout the RoleCompass Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to lead the cleaning operations at a site in London. This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness and service in line with client expectations and Compass Group procedures.The ideal candidate will have strong operational and people management skills, as well as the ability to maintain high standards in a busy, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality cleaning services are delivered in accordance with the client's service level agreement and company standardsImplement and uphold Compass policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations (including COSHH)Lead, motivate and manage the cleaning team effectivelyOversee the cleaning labour, equipment, and resources budgetManage third-party suppliers and contractors as requiredMaintain appropriate stock levels of consumables and cleaning suppliesHandle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments, professionally and promptlyMonitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)Keep the team informed and compliant with any updates to company processes and proceduresIdeal Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in a similar contract or facilities management roleStrong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHHExcellent people management and leadership skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood numerical skills and budget management experienceProficient with IT systems and digital reporting toolsAbout UsCompass Group UK&I is committed to fostering an environment where every individual can truly be themselves at work and has equal opportunities to advance in their careers.
