Job Description Healthcare Advertising – Account Director Join an award-winning global Advertising agency as they actively recruit two new Account Directors to become permanent members of their Client Services team. The Company:A specialist advertising agency with a stellar reputation for excellence in creative advertising within the pharma and consumer sectors, this agency has consistently garnered recognition at international and UK award shows. Notably, they pride themselves on delivering impactful results for clients while fostering a collaborative and fun work environment for their employees. Role: As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping new creative and tactical strategies for diverse healthcare clients. Working across prescription drugs, over-the-counter remedies and even some consumer brands (should you wish) - you'll enjoy a varied and dynamic creative experience. From film and video to print, digital, social, experimental, events, workshops, and more, the agency offers flexibility tailored to individual preferences and specialities. Responsibilities:Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the SAD / BUD.Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.Understand the client's business and brief.Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities. Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare communications.Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.Demonstrates curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a passion for creativity.Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.Team player mentality, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production teams.Familiarity with ABPI regulations.Experience with Veeva, Promomats, and CRM platforms.Located commutable to London or willing to relocate.
