Job DescriptionTop Legal 500 located in the heart of the City are currently seeking an Employment Law Solicitor of 4-6 years PQE. This is your chance to work in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.The Firm:Leading law firm with an office in Central London as well as in West Yorkshire, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK are specialists in their fields of Litigation, Employment, Property Litigation and Projects.Responsibilities for this Employment Law Solicitor role:\tManage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters\tAdvise on misconduct, sickness absence, grievances, TUPE, and restructures\tConduct Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage\tDraft and negotiate Settlement Agreements\tProvide advice on industrial relations and strike action\tDeliver training sessions to clients on employment topics\tSupport partners on complex matters and contribute to business developmentDesirable experience for this Employment Law Solicitor role:\tKnowledge of Pensions law and data protection\tExperience conducting investigations on behalf of clientsPerson specification for this Employment Law Solicitor role:\t4-6 years PQE an an Employment lawyer and admitted to practice within England & Wales\tAcademic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent\tHighly focused\tStrong technical ability and commercial awareness\tExcellent communication and client relationship skills\tAbility to prioritise and manage multiple deadlinesBenefits for this Employment Law Solicitor role:\tCompetitive salary to be discussed at interview plus a bonus structure\t25 days holiday\tPrivate Healthcare\tLife Assurance\tAuto enrolment pension
