Description Point ofcontact for client liaison, interact with Depots to produce maximumproductivity and utilisation of plant, equipment andresources. Oversee all day-to-day activities on clientschemes and relay back to Depot managers on requirements andprogress. KeyResponsibilities KeyResult Areas GTMPoint of contact for Client – NPS / DCWWAttend client site visits / complete site surveys, withclient or HAUndertaking desktop surveys whererequiredSupport the Client with CadRequest's and work with the CAD Team with verification of CADDrawingsMonitor Client Programme againstworks booked in via Central Hub / DCWW PlannerAttend and lead on Programme meetings, highlighting anypotential requirementsResponsible forthe supervision of all subcontractors & depots delivering theseworks to ensure a high standard of work is maintained on site,including subcontractors.o Including site audits to ensurecompliance. Successfully complete mandatory audittarget. o EnsureGTM TM Operatives and subcontractors are compliant in terms ofvehicle contents andPPEResponsible for compliance checks to ensure all forms onTM are completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.Any paperwork / apps which are missing, to be chased up with theoperative and highlighted to relevant Depot ManagerPrimary escalation for all site issuesEnsure 24/7 call out service is always available via theRota system already agreed and any work delivered outside of Normalworking hours have been handed over to the nighttime Supervisor orweekend call out supervisor.o Mustpartake in the on-call rota for weekend and nightsescalation Responsible for thedelivery of team-compliance briefs tosubcontractors.Attend weekly OpsMeeting and lead with update on client (DCWW) work.Liaise with clients regarding site queries and support TMOperatives (subcontractor or DLO) with any site queries, work withdepot managers for any further requirements.Chase clients for ETA's and site attendance ifrequired.Responsible for liaising withsubcontractors for assistance with works and final handover ofdocuments, eg. site brief.Support with thedaily handover to night shift, including organising theallocationAttend and be proactive on clientprogram meetings, highlighting any potentialrequirements.With NPS collate andreport on operational site related incidents (ie lights down)weekly to understand root causes and eliminate wherepossible.Assist the Account Managerwith performance management of sub-contractors.oPerformance dashboardso Action plans to regainperformance Experience andQualificationsSelf-organisation and prioritising –job holder should demonstrate the ability to organise their work insuch a way that tasks are completed accurately and ontime Recordkeeping – job holder should be able to demonstraterecords of work undertaken and completed as well as work inprogress Use of worktools – job holder should demonstrate competenceusing all work tools Initiativeand confidence – job holder should be able todemonstrate a willingness to contribute new ideas to improve thingsand should be able to determine when to refer a matter to someoneelse or whether to deal with it themselvesRelationship Management /Attitude Job holder should havethe ability to calmly and concisely discuss any problems orcomplaints and solve them without getting drawn into a conflictwith either a client, member of public oroperative.
