About the RoleWe're looking for a talented Senior Influencer Executive to join our growing social team. You'll be the driving force behind building and nurturing our relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand partners—turning authentic connections into powerful brand collaborations. Reporting into the social media team, this role blends creativity, communication, and strategic thinking to boost brand visibility, trust, and sales through influencer-driven campaigns.You'll work closely with our Social Media Execs (particularly on Instagram and TikTok), ensuring a seamless brand message across all platforms while bringing fresh, engaging campaigns to life.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Stylist Relationship ManagementIdentify, recruit, and onboard influencers and stylists aligned with SWAY's aesthetic and brand valuesManage ongoing relationships with key creators, ensuring regular and effective communicationOversee and process gifting, PR send-outs, and paid partnership agreementsCoordinate collaborations around new launches, campaigns, and seasonal momentsFoster a community vibe, regularly engaging with talent to build loyalty and advocacyCampaign Execution & SupportWork cross-functionally with the social and content team to ideate and execute influencer campaignsBrief influencers and track content deliverables, ensuring on-brand visuals and messagingSource UGC and campaign content for repurposing across owned channelsContent & Strategy IntegrationCollaborate with the Social Media Executive to align influencer efforts with the overall content calendarSpot and leverage social trends for influencer integration, particularly on TikTok and InstagramSupport in developing creative concepts that blend influencer storytelling with brand messagingReporting & AnalyticsTrack and evaluate influencer performance, reach, and ROI across campaignsGenerate regular reports highlighting top-performing creators, key learnings, and future opportunitiesStay updated on platform changes and industry best practices to inform influencer strategyRequirementsDeep understanding of Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystemsStrong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilitiesEye for high-quality content, visual storytelling, and alignment with brand toneDetail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscapeConfident communicator—both written and verbal—with flair for copywriting in a brand voiceExperience2+ years experience in an influencer marketing or social media roleProven track record of managing influencer campaigns, ideally within the beauty or fashion industryExperience with influencer platformsFamiliarity with content performance metrics and social media analytics tools
