Marketers for the boohoo group have a reputation for being disruptors. We like that. When it comes to all things brand awareness and e-commerce, we’re not afraid to be brave. Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.
**What you'll be doing**
- Support the Senior Influencer & PR Manager on leading and overseeing the Global PR and Communications strategy
- Support Senior Influencer & PR Manager on all global press - maintaining brand image and driving positive exposure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance positive public perception
- Global PR strategy ideation and development
- Assist with Influencer, VIP and Press brand activations, trips and events
- Monitor, analyse and evolve media coverage and positive brand sentiment
- Weekly trade & monthly reporting
- Support and be a point of contact for external press agencies
- Press outreach - product placement, pitching and relationship development
- Celebrity stylist gifting and relationship building
- Develop, manage and maintain Press/Influencer + VIP relationships
- Overseeing assistant with weekly press mailers and gallery pitching
- Support Senior Manager with management + development of junior team members

**More about you**
- Previous experience in a Senior /Executive level role
- Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package
