The role supports strategic decision-making by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the business, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory and industry best practice standards.Risk ManagementOversee the group's risk management process including risk statements, production of risk registers and interim and annual reporting.Support business units in strengthening control environments. and advise the group's business continuity committeeComplianceEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standardsDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures.Internal AuditIn collaboration with internal audit partners develop and support delivery of the annual internal audit plan.Internal ControlsEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.Conduct routine testing of the group's internal controlsReporting and CommunicationPrepare periodic risk reporting for interims and annual reportingProviding regular reports to senior management and the audit and risk committee on all risk, compliance and internal audit mattersYou will be;Proven experience in risk management and complianceProfessional certification (e.g., IRM, ICA, CCEP, or similar) preferredStrategic thinking and problem-solvingHigh attention to detail and integrityStrong organisational and project management skillsAll third party cvs will br forwarded to Pratap Partnership
