Order Management Specialist - 6 Month Fixed Term ContractAbout The JobAn exciting opportunity for a result-driven individual to join our Sales Administration team on a permanent basis. Work collaboratively with our Sales teams in order to provide the best in-class customer service to our Partners & Vendors who are looking for a trusted advisor to help them with management of their valuable and complex orders.What Your Role As a Sales Administrator Will InvolveSupport the sales team by managing the end-to-end order processProcessing orders, identifying the correct processing method to useHigh focus on accuracy and customer serviceHandling order related queries, ETA, licenses and POD requestsRunning back order and shipping reportsSupport the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID'sTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experienceA desire to build a career in the IT industryPrevious experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environmentA keen eye for attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to faceGood PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
