Receptionist and Insurance Administrator

Passionate about Pets and delivering excellent customer service?Then this is the role for youHere at Ashcroft, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Frodsham. The role will involve building client and patient relationships, providing a warm and welcoming experience, answering phones and booking appointments, responding to queries via phone, in person and email, registering new clients, completing insurance claims, dispensing medications and taking payments and managing client account.
