Receptionist and Insurance Administrator (Part-Time) Join to apply for the Receptionist and Insurance Administrator (Part-Time) role at IVC Evidensia. Then this is the role for you Here at Ashcroft, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Frodsham. The role will involve building client and patient relationships, providing a warm and welcoming experience, answering phones and booking appointments, responding to queries via phone, in person and email, registering new clients, completing insurance claims, dispensing medications and taking payments, and managing client accounts. You will also be responsible for processing insurance claims, client communication, record keeping and liaising with insurance companies where needed. Ideal Candidate Previous receptionist experience is essential. Veterinary experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with strong empathy. Resilient with ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations. Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public. Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operation systems.
