Smart Hire allows our customers to harness the power of National World, the UK’s fastest growing regional publisher for your recruitment needs.We are currently looking for a motivated, inquisitive and confident Outbound Recruitment Resourcer to join our existing team. The successful candidate will service and successfully deliver clients’ requirements for their recruitment campaigns, as well as growing those accounts.Core Responsibilities:Account management for Smart Hire & Agency servicesCreating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaignsCandidate attraction through advertising and proactive sourcingUtilising databases to match candidates to specific rolesDay to day liaising with clients who have purchased the serviceShortlisting relevant candidates for a variety of rolesRelationship building with clients to ensure repeat businessUp-selling additional servicesProactively seek new business opportunities through new and lapsed customersSupport a culture where the focus is on delivering satisfying customer experience which builds long term profitable relationships through regular communications with both current and lapsed customers.Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their vacancy performance and meet sales objectivesOutbound activityRequired to work to outbound key performance indicators & targetsCritical Knowledge & Experience:Administration experience, utilising systemsAbility to build and nurture relationshipsStrong communication skillsStrong team player, engaging, confident and flexible in approach, with a passion for qualitySelf-motivated and self-managedExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritiseThe Benefits:£22.000 p.a., plus potential to earn additional bonus.Hybrid working - Three days based in our Sheffield office, two days working from home.Modern office facilities in the centre of Sheffield.
