Job DescriptionSamurai is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Sales & Office Administration Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping systems running efficiently.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Egham. You will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage daily office operations, and maintain organised records. Your responsibilities will include supporting customer service operations by responding to inquiries and ensuring efficient communication.Key ResponsibilitiesSales SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the sales teamProcess sales orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare quotes, proposals, and other sales documentationMaintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales dataTrack orders, deliveries, and payments, following up when requiredAct as a point of contact for customer queries via email and phoneAssist with sales reporting and dashboardsMaintain data accuracy across systemsOffice AdministrationManage general office and logistics administration, including filing systemsOrder office and business supplies and maintain stock levelsCoordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communicationsHandle incoming calls, emails, mail, and general correspondenceLiaise with external suppliers and service providersGeneral SupportAssist with projects across sales, marketing, and operationsAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documentsSupport the wider team to ensure the office operates smoothly and effectivelySkills & ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience in an administrative, office support, or sales support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfident communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Desirable (but not essential)Experience using Salesforce CRMBasic understanding of sales processes and order managementExperience in a B2B environmentMust have access to reliable personal transportationPersonal AttributesProactive and solution-focusedReliable, trustworthy, and committed to qualityAdaptable and calm under pressureFriendly, professional, and customer-focusedWhy Join Us?Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to develop skills across sales, operations, and administrationA role with variety and real impactGrowing company where your initiative is valued and can be rewardedSalary band: 27000 to 30000 per year based on experience
